laminating film sees matte appearance and it is advisable under the
circumstances as below:
- if the item needs to be seen clearly when placing in directly
sunlight.
- if the item requires writing on the pouch and even rub this off for
reuse.
polyester PET pouch laminating film is a lamination film which is
widely used for document/photo/menu protection.Its thickness is
available from 60micron to 350micron, with popular thickness such
as 80micron, 100micron, 125micron, 150micron, 175micron, 250micron,
etc.
What is Pouch Laminating Film?
Pouch laminating film is a pre-laminated material used as
protective layer for paper material or photos. It is polyester film
coated with hot melt EVA adhesion in advance and hot melt onto
paper material when laminating.
Where is Pouch Laminating Film Used?
Pouch laminating film is used for making simple and smaller
laminates. We use to laminate id cards, tags and small paper
materials. Lamination width is limited in pouch laminators. This is
useful in offices and home.
How to Operate Pouch Laminating Film?
Laminating equipment for laminating pouches is handy and need no
training to operate. We use heat sensitive laminating film for
pouch lamination. Sheet with lamination films passes through heated
rollers and due to the effect of heat it sticks together. Heated
rollers moves with reasonable speeds applying some pressure on the
laminate. Both pressure and temperature contribute for bonding
strength of the laminating pouch.
